Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something is not right, you can return it under the conditions below.

Return window: You may return products within 14 days of delivery, in line with the EU right of withdrawal. No justification is required.
Product condition: Only new products can be returned: unopened, with the original seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be taken back, unless defective.
Defective or incorrect items: If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including return shipping.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for another product under the same conditions.
How to return: Email contact@aubesupplements.com with your order number. We will send you the return address. Returns are made by mail; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.
Fees: No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds: Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 days. Original standard shipping costs are refunded for full-order withdrawals.
